*****Yes, first up is this year's MISS VIRGINIA Cecili Webber! *****
Such a beautiful smile and personality. A bold smokey eye on this look and a more neutral pink lip. Skin is very smooth with light sweep of blush & contour.
Show off that crown! We went bolder on the lips, a new mix on color she and I put together.
She brought her own jewelry! Those earrings are from her own mother's boutique! Pink and poppin!

Taking a break, I was able to snap this quick photo! Those eyes are beautiful. We used a semi-smokey eye on this look in brown and blue and a light layer of airbrush foundation. Natural pink (Mary Kay) lip gloss.

While John was messing with lighting, it was our #selfie time. Brianna's makeup look was a combination of cream and airbrush foundation, bold eyeliner and semi-smokey eye. Lips were lined and Mary Kay cream lipstick added.
